The Vendor Portal is a key platform for pharma companies to manage vendors and procurement from onboarding and qualification to RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders.

Audree Infotech saw the need to modernise the Vendor Portal as confusing navigation, unstructured RFQs, and unclear processes were causing delays and constant back-and-forth.

Our goal was to redesign the Vendor Portal into a clear, guided, and efficient procurement system helping teams collaborate smoothly, handle RFQs faster, and maintain full transparency.
