Sarv HR, based in Hyderabad, offers end-to-end HR solutions. They developed HRETE, a platform that manages all key HR activities including onboarding, attendance, payroll, leave, and multi-organization management.

The SarvHR team approached us because fragmented workflows, inconsistent navigation, and unclear actions were making HRETE software hard to use. HR teams struggled to complete basic tasks, leading to confusion, low adoption, and constant dependency on support. These challenges slowed down their clients’ day-to-day operations and prevented the software from being used to its full potential.

Our goal was to simplify the entire system—improving clarity, reducing onboarding time, and restructuring key workflows so users could complete tasks confidently without confusion.
