Audree Infotech, a leader in pharmaceutical software, partnered with us to redesign and optimize their Document Management System (DMS) one of the key platforms within their growing suite of pharma solutions.
As part of the larger ecosystem transformation, DMS was reimagined to make document creation, approval, and updates faster, clearer, and easier to manage.
The redesign focused on improving visibility, reducing manual effort, and ensuring every document could be tracked and maintained with accuracy helping pharma teams operate with greater speed and confidence.

We rebuilt the entire journey from creation and approval to department distribution and controlled printing into clear, guided flows. Each step was simplified to reduce decisions, prevent dead ends, and maintain full traceability. Approval hierarchies, revision loops, and department-specific actions were structured so users always know the next step.

We simplified document handling by introducing tab-based navigation for each creation stage Initiation, Draft, and Final Approval. Earlier, users had to move between multiple pages with repetitive tables and duplicated data. Now, all stages are accessible in one view, improving traceability, reducing back-and-forth, and saving.

We redesigned the Print Issuance and Retrieval flow for speed and clarity. Users can now print only the required attachments, while color coded counts track document returns from each department. A tab-based layout keeps all print stages in one place, reducing back-and-forth navigation.
