Audree Infotech wanted to improve the module as lengthy clauses, unclear review flows, and manual version handling made agreement finalisation slow and error-prone.

We approached the redesign by untangling the Quality Agreement lifecycle and rebuilding it around clarity, structure, and flow.

Our UX decisions focused on reorganising long clauses into logical groups, simplifying review actions, ensuring transparent version history, and creating predictable approval stages.

By reducing cognitive load and introducing clear role-based guidance, the new experience removes uncertainty and eliminates the need for users to “search for where things are.”

The interface now guides teams naturally helping them work faster, collaborate better, and maintain complete traceability at every step.
