Citizens across the Philippines come from diverse literacy and digital backgrounds, which often makes traditional, document heavy government information difficult to understand and navigate.

Debbie-M bridges this gap by translating complex budget data, policies, and processes into clear, conversational guidance, while operating within policy safe boundaries to ensure responses remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with official government information.
