My Lab Sales is Suvarna’s mobile CRM application built for sales teams to track client-wise business, credit limits, growth trends, and real-time sales performance efficiently.
Over time, sales teams struggled with limited visibility into client performance, credit usage, and dropped accounts, leading to reactive follow-ups, delayed decisions, and heavy internal coordination.
Our redesign focused on creating a clear, data-driven sales experience that surfaces client insights, improves credit control, and enables scalable, confident selling across regions.
