Terms for using the Upslide Design Studio website, Quick Wins service information, design resources, and free UI/UX course.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of upslidedesignstudio.com, its published content, design resources, and Upslide Design School offerings operated by Upslide Design Studio Pvt Ltd (“Upslide”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or registering for an offering, you agree to the applicable terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant offering. If you are under 18, use the website and register only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian where required.
2. Website use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us, booking a call, applying for a role, or registering for a course. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious code or unlawful content, impersonate others, or misuse another person’s information. We may restrict misuse while respecting applicable law.
3. Design services and Quick Wins
Website descriptions explain our services and help you assess fit. They are not a binding quotation or a guarantee of specific business results. Paid work, including Quick Wins, begins only under an agreed proposal, statement of work, or other written engagement. Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, taxes, dependencies, revisions, ownership, confidentiality, cancellation, and any refund entitlement are governed by that agreement. If website copy conflicts with a signed engagement, the signed engagement governs the project to the extent permitted by law.
4. Free course and learning resources
The published 14-day UI/UX course is offered free as described on its registration page. Registration information may be used to administer participation and communicate lesson links, reminders, and course updates through the stated channels, including WhatsApp. Follow the published learning and certificate eligibility requirements. Course content, schedules, delivery methods, and live-session arrangements may be reasonably updated; material changes affecting registered participants will be communicated through the relevant course channel. Participation does not guarantee employment, income, a particular skill level, or a business outcome.
5. Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, designs, graphics, branding, course materials, and resources belong to Upslide or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and use learning resources for your own lawful learning or internal evaluation, subject to any specific license included with a resource. Do not resell, republish, redistribute, or claim ownership of our materials without permission. Client logos and third-party marks remain the property of their owners; their appearance does not grant a license or imply endorsement beyond the relationship described. Ownership of commissioned project work is governed by the applicable written agreement.
6. Information you submit
You are responsible for having the right to share information and materials you submit. You permit us to use them as reasonably needed to respond to your request, review an application, administer an offering, or perform an agreed engagement. This permission does not transfer ownership of your materials. Do not send confidential client information through public forms unless appropriate arrangements are already in place.
7. External services and privacy
The website may connect to Framer functionality, Calendly scheduling, WhatsApp communications, social platforms, and other external content. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling associated with this website and related communications. Your use of an external service remains subject to that provider’s requirements.
8. Availability and limitations
We take reasonable care with website content but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that general information will suit every situation. Website and educational content is provided for general information and learning. To the extent permitted by law, Upslide is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of free website content or resources. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any liability terms for paid services are set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms for changes to the website, offerings, or legal requirements. The date above identifies the latest revision. Updated website terms do not retrospectively change a signed project agreement unless the parties agree. These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory legal rights and any separate written agreement, courts with competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana will hear disputes.
